Pastor John Fiscus

Lead Pastor, Visionary Leader

John Fiscus is the father of four beautiful daughters and husband to one amazingly beautiful wife.

Pastor John’s path to becoming a pastor/church planter has been very different than most. John grew up in a broken home where he never met his father and his mother was a drug addict. John’s first 11 years of life were full of all forms of abuse. At the age of 11, John became his environment by joining a street gang, was then incarcerated for the first time and then spent 8 of the of the next 14 years behind the wall.

It is undeniably by the grace of God that Pastor John is who he is today and he loves to boast about the Lord’s GREAT faithfulness. He loves to say that he is certified by his life's experiences. The very life that Jesus saved him from is what has certified him to be able to do the very ministry that God has created him for and called him too.

At Faith Fighters Church John serves as lead pastor of Faith Fighters Tulare, visionary leader of church planting and oversees Faith Fighters Men’s discipleship home expansion.

One of his life verses is ‭‭1 Timothy‬ ‭1:15‬ ‭ESV‬‬.

“The saying is trustworthy and deserving of full acceptance, that Christ Jesus came into the world to save sinners, of whom I am the foremost.”

Brenden

Bourbonnais

Campus Pastor

Brenden grew up in Riverside, CA hearing about God in youth group and summer camp. After high school God got ahold of his heart with the truth and the weight of the gospel—that Jesus died for a sinner like him and resurrected to offer life to a sinner like him. After that, his whole life flipped and he has been giving a deep hunger for the Word of God, a burden and passion for this true message of the gospel to be made known to the ends of the earth, and a call to carry out the work of the Great Commission. Helping start Faith Fighters Church in the hood of Tulare, Brenden has now been sent back to his hometown of Riverside to continue to carry out this work and mission and begin Faith Fighters Riverside.

Meghan Lacey

Women’s Ministry and Missions Coordinator

Making Christ and Christ crucified known with the hope of His return and reign spurs on Meghan’s desire to make the Good News known not only to her local community but to the lost overseas. She grew up in a Christian household knowing Jesus but also recognizing there was more to Christianity than just going to a church building on Sunday’s. Although active and skilled in a handful sports, Meghan’s desire was to know the Godhead in fullness. Faithfully, God has revealed His Truth, intended purpose, character, nature and power through His Word, prayer, in community and solitude, and through the wisdom and lifestyles of the global church over the years. This has sparked a flame within her spirit to make disciples. Moreover, God had instilled a deep desire in Meghan to live overseas as a missionary - being the hands and feet of Jesus and presenting the Word of God to cultures who are unreached and are under spiritual deception.
